Using GraviDraw

By accessing or using GraviDraw, you agree to these terms. If you use GraviDraw on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have permission to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your Content

You keep ownership of drawings, text, shapes, exports, and other content you create in GraviDraw. You grant GraviDraw permission to use that content only as needed to operate the editor, store projects, display your work, and provide related features.

GraviDraw Materials

The GraviDraw name, interface, logo, software, and site materials are owned by GraviDraw or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of the service or permission to copy, modify, or distribute GraviDraw materials except as allowed by the app.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use GraviDraw to violate laws, infringe rights, or upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security for the service.
• Do not create or share harmful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content through GraviDraw.

Exports and Sharing

You are responsible for how you export, publish, or share your GraviDraw projects. Make sure you have the rights needed for any text, images, references, or other materials included in your work.

Third-Party Services

GraviDraw may link to or rely on third-party services such as hosting, analytics, social platforms, or browser technologies. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes and Availability

We may update GraviDraw, add or remove features, change these terms, or suspend access when needed to protect the service or users. If changes are significant, we will try to provide reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and Limits

GraviDraw is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GraviDraw disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may stop using GraviDraw at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for GraviDraw or other users, or if continued operation is no longer practical.
